Thankfully, there is a Chinese restaurant that aims to fix your hangover (and your cousins' and siblings', too) and keep lolo and lola happy.
Hai Kang Seafood Restaurant on Wilson Street, Greenhills recently showcased new dishes sure to jolt your usual, routine-like Chinese food experience. In the same way that you know and love Chinese food-since forever!-Hai Kang has been at it for quite some time now. The restaurant is actually 12 years old, but the management couldn't decide on its name. After two name changes, they finally settled on Hai Kang three years ago, and the restaurant soon established itself in the bustling Wilson community.
This is the first time in its 12-year history that Hai Kang is shaking up their tried-and-tested Chinese cuisine with new and modern dishes. But loyalists need not fear: the new items on offer are only additions to the old favorites, which of course, are still there. They're new and different, yes, but they remain in the safe confines of what's familiar and what's good.
