The fare? The Manila Pop Up Team and Chef Ed Bugia of Pino are showing us the potential between two slices of bread. This isn't your usual BLT; this Saturday, it is all about the flavors of the sea. Think soft shell crabs, oysters, shrimps, flathead lobsters-yes, lobsters-all tucked inside freshly handcrafted gourmet hangers. And don’t forget the sides: shoestring fries with herbs, spiked lemonade, buko ice candy. Prices start at P250 a pop and each person can indulge in up to a maximum of five sandwiches each. It's only until supplies last, so we suggest you come early...which shouldn’t be a problem now that you know where it is.

Remember, it's a secret. So go tell somebody else.
