Unlimited lugaw at Tita Bebang
There’s nothing fancy about this rice porridge which is a favorite among students of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. It’s thin and the seasoning is subtle, but for P8, you can’t really complain. The next bowls are devoid of toppings like meat or egg (you have to pay extra P8 should you need more than rice) and the rules require you to eat up to the last drop. Another P8 for unfinished bowls.
Tita Bebang is at the PUP Sta. Mesa Campus, Manila
