This new burger joint will be a hit.
Â
(SPOT.ph) Any respectable hamburger has to have a good base: a seriously delicious patty. Screw that up and everything else-veggies, condiments, cheese-goes down with it. It’s something The Moment Group (’Cue Modern Barbecue, Burger Bar, Namnam) understands, or maybe even something they’ve totally mastered, and for their latest offering, 8 Cuts Burger Blends, only best meat patty blends could make the cut.
Â
Eight premium cuts that make up 8 Cuts’ burger patties
8 Cuts follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, Burger Bar in Greenbelt. Choice cuts of beef are blended together to create mouthwatering combinations such as the Big Game (a marriage of hanger and brisket that promises a bold, slightly gamey profile), Â the House Blend (a mix of short rib and rib-eye), the Beef Bomb, (chuck and short rib), and the Steak Cut (a wicked tandem of sirloin and chuck). At 8 Cuts, all of these Burger Bar signatures are available except for one bonus: an eighth exciting cut of meat, the oxtail, which, when mixed with flank steak and rib eye, produces the Ox Blend.

The Franch
Â
Using this new umami-flavored patty, they’ve come up with two more burgers unique to 8 Cuts: the Q-Daddy (P295) which puts together yellow cheddar, crispy bacon strips, lettuce, and tomato blanketed by jalapeño ranch and a sweetly spiced BBQ sauce; and the Franch (P295), which celebrates sweet, salty, and tangy flavors by tucking together caramelized onions, Gruyere cheese, sweet pickles, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and potato chips in between a soft brioche bun. For vegans, there's the Mushroom and Rice burger (P225), which packs a flavorful punch, thanks to the peppery arugula, garlic aioli, and Dijon mustard sauce.
Â
Make your own fries.
Â
Other new items are the Dan Dan Joe Chili Noodles (P245), fries (P45+) made more indulgent with toppings like bacon jam and egg, or BBQ, jalapeno and mozzarella, and wacky milkshakes with the flavors like Cookie Butter, Nutella, and Butterfinger (all P220).
Â
Delectable Butterfinger Milkshake
Â
Indulging Quezon City residents with the best of Burger Bar, 8 Cuts has also carried over other Burger Bar bestsellers like the Onion Rings (P80), Chinatown Shrimp Poppers (P260), the Fishy 'Wich (P215), Molten Chocolate Bottoms (P135), and the famous Rising Shroom Burger (P280 to P375) and Lamb Burger (P385).

The burger factory line
Â
8 Cuts’ open kitchen design gives customers an unobstructed view of their four-step burger-making process: grinding, where the imported cuts are ground on-site daily; press, where the beef are hand-pressed and molded; griddle, where the patties are seared to medium doneness upon order; and build, where the burgers are carefully stacked based on the customers' preference. It’s a nice sight to see, after all, the measure of a good burger place all starts with the patty.
