The Pho-tastic Unlimited Pho is available from Monday to Thursday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. this whole month of September. Pay only P299 per head (plus 10% service charge) for your endless pho fix served in P.H.A.T. Pho’s small bowls. Add P50 for unlimited iced tea.
