(SPOT.ph) Looks like more and more people are getting to enjoy Toby’s Estate’s famous Mocha-among their other tasty coffee concoctions (Gilbraltar, anyone?).
The Australia-based cafe, which tries to incorporate a neighborhood vibe in every new branch, has found a new location, this time in Pasig-at the Robinsons Cybergate Beta Building on Ruby Road, Ortigas Center, to be exact. The latest branch, styled more like a cafe than a stall, opened on Saturday, January 17. Operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The new Toby’s still features industrial elements.
Are those Bucky’s we see in the display case?
The signature white bricks cover the walls.
Developed from the passion of former lawyer Toby Smith, Toby’s Estate tries to cut the formalities of your everyday coffee shop, turning it into something hip, modern, but still very functional. Beans are sourced mostly from Panama and concocted into the most mouthwatering Cortados, Flat Whites, and Macchiatos. Their famous Mocha is even spiked with chocolate from Ghana.
