Chocolate Fire shuts down "until further notice"
Everyone will miss those chocolate frogs.
(SPOT.ph) Chocolate Fire, the formerly secret hideaway and a one-stop shop for chocolate-covered anything, has announced on Facebook this morning, March 5, that they are closing their Salcedo store until further notice. The reason, according to the post, was "due to circumstances beyond [their] control."
Chocolate Fire opened in 2005. A passion for chocolate and food translated into this neighborhood destination deep in Salcedo Village. The highlight of every Chocolate Fire trip was the counter laden with over 70 kinds of chocolate sensations-including yummy chocolate-dipped strawberries, awe-inspiring sculptures, addictive chocolate barks, and a Muggle version of Harry Potter’s Chocolate Frogs. The seasonal options during holidays were also worth watching for. The store carried carefully plated desserts as well as a delicious-though largely ignored-savory menu.
