Sloppy Joe is the latest in 8 Cuts’ lineup

The Moment Group’s Burger Bar has a new tribute.

(SPOT.ph) All we have to say about 8 Cuts’ latest product is: It’s about time.

After over two years of peddling jam-packed burgers, 8 Cuts’ latest "tribute" pays homage to the original messy sandwich, the Sloppy Joe. It’s actually the old Coney Dog, but we love the more straightforward name change. Slappy J (P255/quarter-pound patty; P315/one-third pound) is a mouthwatering, though rather neat interpretation, with a sesame seed bun hugging a Big Game Blend patty (hanger and brisket), American cheddar, zingy yellow mustard, red onions, nacho chips, jalapeños, and a delicious scoop of chili beef. Honestly, it’s like a burger ate a nacho con carne.

Released only yesterday, March 17, the Slappy J is available at all 8 Cuts branches except the new Salcedo outlet, which is temporarily operating with a smaller menu.
