(SPOT.ph) There is a way to get isaw or kwek-kwek at midnight, and it's at the newly established Mercato Centrale at Dolphin Park, Glorietta 4, Makati City. The latest "branch" in this food-fair chain is open every Thursday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m.
