Opening Soon: New branches for Sarsa, Rita's, Ramen Nagi
This April, restaurants are spreading out.
(SPOT.ph) It's 2 p.m. and you're in Quezon City. The sun is blazing, your sweat-stained shirt sticking to your back, and you know the only solution is Italian ice and custard. Nope, nothing less than that. Your sanctuary, Rita's Italian Ice, is in San Juan over 30 minutes away. Agony.
Quezon City, we recommend the Blendinis
Hold on until April 23. Rita's Italian Ice is opening their second branch at UP Town Center, Quezon City, offering their brand of ice-and-custard blends this side of Metro Manila. As a bonus, the first 100 customers will get a free regular Gelati. Read more about Rita's Italian Ice here.
More in store for Ramen Nagi
Ramen Nagi is also setting up shop in UP Town Center on April 19. It will be the seventh branch of the international ramen chain in the Philippines, with an eighth soon to follow in The Podium. Exact opening dates for the latter haven't been disclosed, but an April launch has been announced. It may not be the cold season, but the comfort of a bowl of ramen is unconditional. Sarsa's (regular) Batchoy soon in Makati
Chef JP Anglo is opening a third Sarsa in gastro-neighborhood, Legazpi Village, Makati City—specifically on Rada Street. No date has been set for the opening, but based on photos, it seems the store is already shaping up. Sarsa is a Filipino restaurant specializing in Filipino and Negrense dishes. It plays on Filipinos' love for dipping their food in condiments, hence the name, which is Filipino for sauce. Read more about Sarsa here.
