Little Bear Diner

(SPOT.ph) Grilled Cheese Day was held on April 12, but you can still honor this momentous sandwich belatedly. Kapitolyo restaurant Little Bear Diner is offering unlimited grilled cheese sandwiches today, April 13 (5 p.m. to 12 a.m.), and on April 15 to 16 (4 p.m. to 12 a.m.)

You can choose your own unlimited grilled cheese adventure. The basic is priced at P449, inclusive of bottomless soup of the day and three flavors of all-you-can-eat grilled cheese. The Ultimate Package is priced at P489. It comes with the same thing, but you have five grilled cheese variants to choose from.

The Kapitolyo diner, which opened in 2015, offers serious comfort food, in which this cheesy sandwich comes in five kinds. They have Classic with American cheddar and mozzarella; Popper with American cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, and pickled jalapeño; Mario with mozzarella, ricotta, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic reduction; Frenchie (Swiss gruyere, mozzarella, caramelized oniones, and thyme on sourdough); and Wakey Bakey (American cheddar, mozzarella, soft scrambled eggs, and bacon on croissant toast).

Only the first three are included in the P449 package.

The rules are clear: Each customer is allowed only 90 minutes to enjoy their unlimited grilled cheese; sharing, takeout, and leftovers are not allowed. A service charge of 10% will be added to the bill.
