Are you ready for more free macarons?
World Macaron Day is our new favorite holiday.
(SPOT.ph) Whoever thought of creating holidays dedicated to food is a genius. For World Macaron Day, you have Pierre Hermé to thank—the French pastry chef launched the holiday seven years ago in Paris, and now patisseries all over the world come together to celebrate the bite-sized treats. In the Philippines, TWG Tea kicked things off by offering their macarons at 50% off this week, and Bizu is joining the festivities by giving away free macarons on March 19, Sunday!
Bizu will be giving each customer a free Macaron de Paris from their new summer collection, which is floral-themed. Some intriguing flavors are the Ylang Ylang, with dark chocolate ganache infused with the flower, Jasmine, which has a jasmine tea-infused lime zest ganache and mango compote, and Orange Blossom, which has orange blossom buttercream and dark chocolate crisps. Each macaron from the summer collection sells for P85 a piece.
Bizu will be giving away free macarons at the following branches: Greenbelt 2, Greenhills Promenade, Alabang Town Center, St. Luke's Bonifacio Global City, Robinsons Magnolia, and Eastwood Mall.
