Unlimited ramen is happening where you least expect it
Care to have a bowl with a bottle of beer?
(SPOT.ph) Some nights you're in the mood to party; other times all you want to do is chill with an ice-cold glass of craft beer and some grub. For the latter, you can rely on The Brewery at The Palace, with a menu crafted by ace chef Carlo Miguel (who is also working his magic now at a new burger place). Part of their menu is Pork Ramen, and until July 1, you can get unlimited servings of it for only P350.
The Pork Ramen boasts a pork dashi broth that's been simmered for over 36 hours to bring out the full flavor of the meat. This is then topped with egg noodles, pork knuckles, pork belly, bonito flakes, togarashi spice, leeks, and a soft-boiled egg. We're sure you'll be wanting seconds (and thirds). You don't have to wait for the sun to set to head to The Brewery: This promo is available every day from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Brewery at the Palace is at 10th Avenue corner 38th Street, Uptown Parade, Uptown Bonifacio. Sharing and leftovers are prohibited. Dine-in transactions only.
