Bizu Is Launching Some Exciting New Macaron Flavors and You Can Try Them for Free
It's for World Macaron Day!
(SPOT.ph) Macaron fans, it's your favorite time of the year again! World Macaron Day is happening on March 24, Saturday, and Bizu is taking the opportunity to celebrate the French pastry using local flavors. Watch for the launch of four new flavors: Ube, Durian, Queso, and Malagos Tsokolate (P75/piece), available until April 30.
All four macarons are a wonderful fusion of Filipino and French flavors. The Ube has purple yam from Bohol infused in a rich buttercream filling, while the Queso macaron has a queso and white chocolate ganache sandwiched between the meringue disks. Bizu also highlights two Davao specialties: The Durian has buttercream infused with the fruit, while the Malagos Tsokolate is dark and bittersweet with a Davao dark chocolate ganache that has a cocoa percentage of 65%.
Plus, here's an added bonus because of World Macaron Day: Drop by on March 24 and get a free macaron! We're sure you'll want to bring home a box after that first bite.
Bizu Pattisserie is at Greenbelt 2 Parkside, Makati City; Greenhills Promenade, San Juan City; Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City; St. Luke’s Medical Center, Bonifacio Global City; Eastwood Mall, Quezon City; and Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City.
