At Fat Fook, You Can Make Your Own Taiwanese-Style Meals for P350
Up for a filling lunch?
(SPOT.ph) Sometimes, you just want to take matters into your own hands. Normally, people might have this sentiment about the government, the economy, the weird social hierarchy that keeps people from reaching their full potential—but there are days when we’re just talking about food. The team over at Fat Fook Kitchen definitely understand, and we appreciate their Build Your Own Meal deal immensely—as will you.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, you can choose from their Chicken Chop, Sweet & Sour Pork, Three Cup Chicken, or their Pork Chop to go with a serving of their Taiwan-Style Fried Noodles, rice, kiamchay, and a glass of iced tea. As a bonus, you can also pick your greens: We’ve got our eye on the Eggplant with Minced Pork, but the String Beans with Minced Pork or Taiwan Pechay would certainly do the trick, too. And all that for P350!
Whatever you decide, you’re in for a treat—although, if you’re really looking to bust your gut, Fat Fook also serves Steamed Pork Xiao Long Bao (P138/five pieces, P198/eight pieces), which barely even need the customary black vinegar. But we know you’ll do the right thing.
