(SPOT.ph) Perhaps our favorite thing about Metro Manila is that when it drizzles a little bit or the temperature drops—“drops”—to an impressive 26 degrees Celsius, we bust out the sweaters and declare ramen weather. As strange as it might seem for such a warm country to favor steaming bowls of broth, we can’t deny how much we love the stuff—all the more when there’s a good deal to be had. They know what we mean over at Ramen Shokudo, which is why they’re busting out their P50 ramen promo again from January 27 to February 2: Choose any two flavors, pay the normal price of the higher-value bowl, and pay only P50 for the other.

And though we can really only speak for ourselves, we recommend the Toriton Miso (P380) for its subtle richness, or the Toriton Tan-tanmen (P380) for some formidable heat. In this case, you could probably get both. (Wink, wink.)
