The world's your oyster—or your paellera, we suppose—at that point. Love seafood? The Paella de Marciso (P850) has clams, mussels, squid, and tiger prawns; the Paella Negra (P600) has a deeper, more briny flavor. For something meatier, the Paella de Chorizo y Pollo (P680) rather speaks for itself, but you can get the best of both worlds with the Paella Mixta (P890).
