(SPOT.ph) The middle of 2021 was still plagued with the pandemic, but that didn't stop Chef Waya Araos-Wijanko from opening Gypsy Baguio. The restaurant takes inspiration from her travels, childhood experiences, and past experiences. To complement this sense of comfort, the menu features local ingredients, taking advantage of Baguio's abundance of fresh produce. Don't forget to try their bestsellers, such as the Salted Egg Pork Belly and the Indian Butter Chicken, which were brought over from her restaurants in Manila.
