PSA: Chef Sau Del Rosario Is Opening a Restaurant in Poblacion
The name might sound familiar.
(SPOT.ph) Poblacion’s vibrant food hub is set to welcome back a familiar face with a twist. Chef Sau del Rosario has announced the opening of Café Fleur, this time at Cayco House in Cayco Street.

What’s happening to Cafe Fleur?
You might be thinking: How come, when a Café Fleur was already at Enriquez Street in Poblacion to begin with?
Café Fleur had first expanded its horizons at Enriquez Street in Poblacion in December 2020, born out of a partnership between Chef Sau and a separate restaurant group. Following Del Rosario’s amicable split with the group last May, the chef is opening Café Fleur independently from the group, at the Cayco House. There’s no word yet when this will be exactly, but at least we can wait easy knowing the food is worth being patient for.
