(SPOT.ph) If you ever find yourself on this side of Salcedo at night or during happy hour with an appetite not just for good food, but for a deep-seated thirst that can only be quenched with intoxicating cocktails, you must find the "secret" speakeasy at the new Pink's and Pizza Sisters in Salcedo Village.

ICYMI, Pizza Sisters is a brand under The Wildflour Hospitality Group, with other brands under its belt such as Wildflour, Pink’s, and Farmacy. It was last 2023 when Pizza Sisters opened its first-ever branch connected to Pink's and Hotel Bar along High Street. And this year, The Wildflour Hospitality Group births a younger "sister" of Pizza Sisters in Salcedo, Makati.

Much like the first branch, the second Pizza Sisters branch is also connected to a Pink’s branch and a hidden speakeasy. Aside from the usual pizzas, hot dogs, and burgers you can get at Pizza Sisters, and Pink's, what's new to this branch are the soon-to-be-launched dishes under the Lunch Specials menu—namely the Caesar Salad, Tricolore Salad, Meatballs, and Classic Lasagna.

But this new branch also hides a secret—that is, a special speakeasy called Village Bar for all your nightcap and bar chow needs. It has the same menu as Hotel Bar, with signatures like the Calamansi Mojito, Sidecar, and Grapefruit Cocktail, all best paired with their Salted Egg Popcorn.

You'll want to follow Pink's Manila or Hotel Bar Manila on social media because Village Bar does hold bar takeovers that you wouldn't want to miss out on. The most recent run was with done with Shawn Lickliter, Michelin Guide California Exceptional Cocktails awardee, last April 24.
