Happening Tonight: A 10-Course Dessert Degustacion

Expert pastry chefs Sunshine Pengson and Miko Aspiras are teaming up for a one-night-only feast.

A sample of Chef Miko's desserts from Le Petit Souffle. We're sure his offerings in the degustacion will be even more inspiring.

 

(SPOT.ph) Sweet tooths unite for an intense night of dessert gastronomy: A Play on All Senses, happening tonight, April 20, is a special one-time treat courtesy of acclaimed pastry chefs Miko Aspiras (Scout's Honor, Le Petit Souffle) and Sunshine Pengson (Shine).

 

 

The pair will come up with a cohesive set of 10 delicious desserts. There's no word yet on what they'll be making, but we're expecting macarons, eclairs, (Chef Sunshine's specialty), jaw-dropping chocolate presentations, and maybe a souffle (in honor of Chef Miko's new restaurant). It will be held at The Goose Station. 

 

A seat is priced at P3,500. Reservations are required.
