Kettle opens branch in Quezon City

The Southern Fried Chicken champ is making its way north.

 

(SPOT.ph) Chef Chiloy Santos' comfort-food sanctuary Kettle has just opened a branch at Eastwood Mall, Quezon City—today, June 30. 

 

Kettle opened in Shangri-La East Wing in 2013, and was an instant hit for its brand of crowd-pleasing, beautifully executed dishes. Their Buttermilk Fried Chicken (P519) especially became a cult favorite: two gargantuan boneless pieces marinated in buttermilk for 24 hours, deeply flavored meat covered with crispy, generously spiced golden skin. It ranked second on SPOT.ph's Top 10 Southern-Style Fried Chicken

 

CHICKEN

 

Another Kettle favorite is the bale of Pork and Potato Strips (P339): crunchy, flat shoestrings with crunchy pieces of pork belly. The rest of the menu, though underrated, is equally impressive. We love the Angus Roast Beef Hash (P539) and Mac & Four Cheese (P289). 

 

Kettle has another branch at SM Aura, Bonifacio Global City, which opened in 2014.
