Bone Marrow Foie Gras, Duck and Asparagus join Spiral's line-up this July

Too bad it's only for this month

(SPOT.ph) July has just gotten better for gourmands as Sofitel serves up the wonderfully decadent Gastronomie a Paris—a tribute to French cuisine.

 

Chef Matthieu Garrel, master chef of the famed Paris restaurant Le Belisaire and known for his exquisite take on traditional French bistro dishes, is dabbing a touch of his culinary magic on Spiral’s 21 ateliers. His finest dishes and featured recipes will be part of the enhanced curation of the buffet’s servings of authentic French food from July 8 to 31. Pair your meals with the bespoke sophistication of the Ciroc Rose de Martin (which will become an instant favorite), a cocktail with an exotic mélange of Ciroc vodka, rosé wine, zesty lemon juice, and rose water. The new addition to Sofitel’s beverage selection is only available this July.

 

France’s Bastille Day will also be part of Spiral’s grand festivities from July 12 to 14 with an enriched selection through the 21 dining ateliers, thematic cocktails, French-inspired styling and live entertainment. Sunday brunch is available at P3,650+ per adult and P1,600+ per child while Sunday dinner is priced at P2,750+ and P1,450+. Meanwhile, lunch rates from July 13 to 14 will be at P2,100+/adult and P1,400/child with dinner at P2,750+ and P1,450+.
