Marikina restaurant sticks crispy bacon in their s'mores, makes something incredible

Our only wish is for them to use the bacon in place of crackers.

 

(SPOT.ph) Bacon and s'mores aren't the most unusual combination. We've seen variations in cookies, milkshakes, desserts, and actual s'mores, but there's still always something thrilling about seeing that ruddy breakfast favorite merged with that gooey campfire favorite. 

 

Fat Daddy's Smokehouse in Marikina City continues their practice of making everything meaty and sinful by sticking pieces of their signature deep-fried homemade smoked bacon in classic s'mores. Nope, you don't use the bacon to scoop up the Bacon S'mores Dip (P195). The little sticks are just an extra gift.

 

The chefs, however, mix chunks of that same deep-fried smoked bacon in a luscious dark chocolate ganache before topping it with soft pillows of torched marshmallows. You still eat it with graham crackers because no matter how it looks, Fat Daddy's cares about your health, too.
