Army Navy makes churros now
What can't they do?
(SPOT.ph) This isn't to offend the stellar selection of sweet, ice cream-laden Freedom Toasts that double as desserts on the Army Navy menu, but when we heard that the restaurant chain has come up with their own version of churros, the natural reaction is to be crazy excited.
Army Navy's churros, which sell for P85, come in five crunchy pieces of deep-fried tubes of choux pastry and your choice of either caramel or chocolate dip. Like everything else in this restaurant, they're cooked fresh upon order.
It's only currently available at Army Navy outlets in Taguig and Makati, but more stores may adopt this on the menu by August.
