QC cafe converts breakfast cereals to macarons
Does this mean we can eat cookies for breakfast?
(SPOT.ph) We've all been acquainted with Mrs. Graham's Cafe and its artillery of macarons. Owner and chief baker Anna Graham has a range inspired by brekkie favorites like French Toast, Pancake, and White Coffee, another patterned after snack food, and a whole lot of seasonal flavors.
Her latest stuff adds to The Breakfast Club collection: three new tasty things based on popular cereal, Honey Stars, Fruit Loops, and Frosties (what, no Koko Krunch?!?). To make the flavors stand out more, Anna coats the macarons with crushed cereal!
Mrs. Graham's flavors may be unorthodox, but her technique is pretty spot-on and the overall effect is darn good. The store is currently ranked No. 3 on SPOT.ph's Top 10 Macarons (2015 Edition).
Mrs. Graham's is at 51C Scout Rallos Street, Quezon City. Read more about Mrs. Graham's.
