Chef Zarah Manikan is going for a more "adult" twist this Christmas. Fresh from relaunching their in-demand Butterbeer gelato (furnished with real beer, by the way), BONO has come up with Chocolate Cognac for the holidays. It's rich dark chocolate ice cream finished off with some cognac liqueur.
