(SPOT.ph) Craving Nobu early in the morning? Your timing couldn't be more perfect because Nobu is now serving brunch—on Sundays, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Okay, so it's not that early.
Nobu's brunch is a carefully curated buffet of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Nikkei dishes. In the roster, you'll find Tuna Tataki in Cilantro Dressing, White Fish Tiradito, Wagyu Beef Taco, Salmon Karashi Su Miso, and more. About 50 dishes will be featured.
Maple syrup pancakes might not be the star here, but those bold and bright flavors will definitely perk up your day. Japanese food staples like white fish and salmon are given fun, new twists, with not-so-traditional flourishes like Parmesan and jalapeños.
Sushi in the morning?
Other dishes are prepped upon order. Nobu chefs will be busy rolling out California, vegetable, salmon, avocado, shrimp, and spicy tuna rolls, while dishes like the X.O. Fried Rice and Umami Marinated Chicken will be served hot and fresh.
To finish, don't ignore the fountain of matcha white chocolate ganache and warm chocolate cake served with green tea ice cream.
The Nobu Sunday Brunch Buffet is priced at P2,800+, inclusive of drinks. Add P1,000+ for champagne, cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages. Children will be charged half price.
