Pancit Sisig, Balut a la Adobo + more dishes at new Manam in BGC

The latest branch of this hip Pinoy restaurant has an exciting new menu.


( There are several reasons why the latest Manam outlet sounds exciting, but all of that was overshadowed when we heard about their new menu: Balut a la Adobo, Pancit Sisig ('s No. 1 sisig, this time over noodles), Bibingkang Ube, and Sizzling Corned Beef Belly Kansi


This Manam–the fourth branch–is in Bonifacio Global City, and boasts high ceilings, airy lighting, and even a private room good for a 10-person party. It opens Friday, January 15.


"Manam pays respect to regional cooking and to the roots of Filipino cooking and flavors, but it feels very current at the same time," says The Moment Group's Abba Napa. "This is because we've always wanted to create a space wherein you can enjoy dining on Filipino fare and not just eat it. There in lies the difference."


Manam BGC will keep the bestselling Classics and Twists, but the menu will be flourished with exciting additions (also separated into those two categories). Everything on the menu, including breakfast, will be available all day. Here's a peek of what the new dishes that will be making their debut:
