It's true: EDSA Shangri-La has an unlimited Wagyu deal

(SPOT.ph) We'd been hearing about an unlimited Wagyu steak deal from EDSA Shangri-La in the past few days, and it seemed too good to be true. They'd just announced their year-round lobster Fridays, after all. Now, Wagyu too? It sounded like gastronomic heaven. We decided to investigate further and get all the right details...to see if we could indeed revel in fatty, delicious steak indulgence.
EDSA Shangri-La representatives have confirmed: HEAT is making Wagyu dishes available in their buffet line every Saturday during dinner service all through 2016. It's priced at P2,415++.
Five of Shangri-La's chefs have created mouthwatering Wagyu dishes for the occasion. There's Chef Tobias Unger's soft and tender Wagyu beef cheek braised in red wine, confit shallots, and glazed carrots. Chef Yusuke Hino has come up with Wagyu yakiniku beef, while Chef Tony Sum cooked up stewed Wagyu beef brisket with radish.
Dim sum Chef Andy Liew created a melt-in-your-mouth beef in a bun and xiao long bao. Chef Marco Ghezzi developed an amazing Wagyu beef cheek cannelloni. Also available are Wagyu beef jerky and Wagyu crepe.
