(SPOT.ph) Celebrated Japanese brand Shabu Shabu Ichiban will be opening its doors at Circuit Lane, Circuit Makati in May 2016, and there are several things to look forward to.
The hotpot restaurant chain, founded in Nagoya in November 2011, rose to fame with their shabu shabu buffet at unbeatably low prices. Since then, it has made its way to the number-one spot in the hotpot category in the Japanese city. “Ichiban” literally means number one, after all. The eatery is being brought to our shores by Avin Ong, Vice-President and COO of Fredley Food and Beverages Inc., who shares, "The Japanese are very much focused on the meat and vegetables, so you can expect the best quality ingredients here."
The branch that will open in Makati is just the first among five to open in the Philippines this year.
