Spicebird is coming to Manila

For one night only, experience the famed Boracay piri-piri haunt, right in the Metro.


(SPOT.ph) Spicebird opened in Boracay in 2015 and quickly gained a following for their piri-piri chicken, aside from other grilled goodies like pork and gambas-style shrimp. The chicken, marinated for 24 hours and served with Spice Rice, is one of those things you wish you could take back with you when you drag yourself back to Manila from your annual Boracay weekend.


Well, mark your calendars for March 2 as the famed piri-piri grill restaurant sets up shop at EDSA Beverage Design Studio. For one night only, you can feast on samplers of their signature dishes. A ticket to the pop-up will cost you P500 for a hearty meal that consists of Piri-Piri Pork Belly, Piri-Piri Chicken, Spice Rice, and Piri-Piri Chicken Skin. The ticket also entitles you to a surprise treat and one Coo Craft Soda or a TBGB Ginger Beer.


There will be two seatings for the night: 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.


The number of tickets available for the pop-up event is limited, so you have to be all ears because the guys behind Spicebird will be raffling off the chance to purchase them. Stay posted!
