Atelier Vivanda Manila now serves lunch
Now you can enjoy those prized steaks in the middle of the day.
The prized Holstein
(SPOT.ph) Michelin-starred Chef Akrame Benallal's Atelier Vivanda Manila is now open for lunch. The Parisian bistro, which specializes in steak and potatoes, starts seating customers at 11:30 a.m.
Burgers according to Atelier Vivanda
A special lunch menu has also been designed for convenience and affordability. For the Light Lunch Set (P950), customers can get potato soup (a SPOT.ph-approved bowl of delicious creaminess, complete with smoked haddock and stringy comté cheese), a mixed green salad, and your choice of grilled rack of lamb, duck confit, or the mini le croquavore (that's what Atelier Vivanda calls their hamburgers).
The Regular Lunch Set (P1,200), gets you either Black Angus Hampe, Iberian Pork Loin, Vendee Yellow Chicken Breast, or Mahi-Mahi Fillet; your choice of two potato dishes—we recommend the Pomme Darphine and the Gratin Dauphinois—a mixed green salad, and coffee or tea with a side of pistachio financier.
Black Angus Rib Eye
If you're feeling extra hungry, extra generous, and extra celebratory, Atelier Vivanda Manila also has an Exceptional Lunch Set, where you pick your preferred steak—La Vivanda Rib Eye (P3,200/300 grams), Holstein Beef Rib (P7,500/one to 1.2 kilograms, good for two), or Iberian Pluma (P1,300/250 grams). It comes with two potato dishes, a mixed green salad, and coffee or tea with a side of pistachio financier.
Àla carte options are also available.
