Look who's making their own soft-serve ice cream!
Hint: You can spot them selling churros all over Manila.
(SPOT.ph) This summer is turning out to be quite a cool one, indeed. Amid this crazy heat, restaurants are coming up with more and more ways to win against the scorching sun. One new player is Churreria La Lola. The churros chain has developed their very own soft-serve line.
They have three flavors: Blanco Espesyal (which flaunts hints of cinnamon), Moreno Crema (chocolatey notes with European hazelnuts), and Mixto (a mix of the first two). You can enjoy them in a cup, complete with a little churro bow, or in a churro bowl. We pick the latter because it's always more fun to eat the dish your food comes in.
This soft-serve, by the way, is not the same one that you find in their Churros Ice Cream Sandwiches, which uses gelato.
Churreria La Lola's "Soft Side" is available for P150 only at the Serendra branch.
