Sneak Peek: What to Look Forward to at Locavore Burgos Circle
How about some foie gras in your lugaw?
(SPOT.ph) Modern Filipino restaurant Locavore has become something of a Pasig staple. For almost two years, it's been wowing customers with its innovative style of serving local cuisine, using traditional flavors backed by French techniques. The hearty eatery will soon expand with a second branch at the newly revived Burgos Circle, in the same vicinity as Frank x Dean.
Apart from obvious geographic differences, this Locavore will be serving breakfast, and when you combine beloved Pinoy classics with this restaurant's culinary panache, then you know you're going to get something delicious. There's no set date for launch yet, but we're giving you a glimpse of what to expect at the new Locavore. If Chef Mikel Zaguirre's new dishes don't make you hungry, we don't know what will.
