Save the Date: Cantonese and Indian food festivals are underway at Hyatt City of Dreams
There are some serious food events happening in the next few months.
(SPOT.ph) Hyatt City of Dreams Manila is gearing up for a very busy June and July. Their signature restaurant The Café , a 315-seater buffet, will go back in time to bring in the best flavors from the Silk Road and the spice trade as it plays host to two food festivals happening in June and July.
On June 14 to 19, Hyatt City of Dreams will be partnering with Hyatt Regency Dongguan to put up authentic Cantonese cuisine in Manila. Cantonese chefs Xi Qin Hui and Zhao Pan Fei will take over Hyatt's kitchens as they prepare a wonderful Chinese feast. Nothing specific has been planned for the menu as of now, but we can tell you that there will be unlimited Peking duck.
Then, take your taste buds on a bold spin on July 17 to 24. Chef Ajith Kumar from Hyatt Regency Gurgaon in New Delhi, India, will unleash wild spices and complex aromas with an Indian Food Festival. The visiting chef will orient Filipinos on the finer points of Indian cuisine—beyond the tasty promises of roti and curry.
