P.H.A.T. Pho to open in Rockwell
It's pho real!
Â
(SPOT.ph) After almost two and a half years, Vietnamese restaurant P.H.A.T. Pho in Manila is expanding with a second branch. It will be in Power Plant Mall and the opening is set in August.
Â
P.H.A.T. Pho: A Vietnamese Kitchen is a concept by Jason Hyatt's Abaca Group. It opened in Cebu in 2013, and the company eventually partnered with The Moment Group for an outlet in Serendra, Bonifacio Global City.Â

P.H.A.T. Pho isn't exactly authentic Vietnamese. The delicate flavors of this particular cuisine are amplified to create a more lasting impact on the Pinoy palate. Bestsellers include the Grilled Meatball Noodle Bun (kind of like a zesty, savory, sweet noodle salad), Pho Special (their take on a beef noodle soup), and the Com Chien (fried rice).Â
