(SPOT.ph) Coffee fanatics, rejoice! You can now grab your favorite Toby's Estate coffee in its newest branch at Shangri-La at the Fort, Bonifacio Global City. If the new hangout is anything like other Toby's joints around the Metro, we can all look forward to that same hip neighborhood vibe, with the brand's signature white walls, subway tiles, and wood details.
What started out as a cozy cafe stall in Century City Mall now has 10 branches across the Metro, which just means more Cortados, Flat Whites, and Bucky's for everyone. A former lawyer named Toby Smith put up this Australian artisan cafe which tries to cut the usual formalities of coffee shops, turning it into something more modern. They source out their coffee beans from Panama, curating the finest espressos, cappuccinos, and their signature drink: the Flat White—double shots of ristresso espresso with very little foam.
