SPOT.ph Roundup: Where to Get Cold Brew Coffee in Manila
Get a different kind of caffeine fix.
(SPOT.ph) At some point in 2015, cold brew coffee started showing up on social media and a few cafés or coffee shops. It was a different experience from the usual ice blended coffees or espressos that filled our daily routines, and the results were satisfying.
These days, there are more places where you can get that refreshing caffeine kick. Cold brewing is a process that uses a longer but gentler method to steep flavor from coffee beans, giving your drink a smooth taste with less acidity and almost no bitterness. Whether you have it with milk and sugar or want it just plain black, it’s a welcome break from your usual coffee blends.
Here’s a roundup of places in the Metro where you can fuel your cold brew needs.
