Feast on a bacon mozarella burger, banoffee pie, and more this season
T.G.I. Fridays has a new holiday menu.
(SPOT.ph) The holidays are no time to start a diet, especially now that family joint T.G.I. Fridays is launching special menu items perfect for the season. Their beefed-up menu has something for everyone, all with the promise of bold flavors that is T.G.I. Fridays’ signature.
The Bacon Jalapeno Mozarella Burger (P650) is like a gift from Santa. The meaty monster has a juicy ground beef patty sandwiched between brioche buns with guacamole, bacon, chipotle mayonnaise, and jalapeno chunks in deep fried mozzarella. It's the perfect blend of spicy, salty and cheesy, just the way we like our burgers.
The Country Ribs (P595/half rack, P995/full rack) deserves to be the star of your noche buena. Feast on the rack of perfectly charred fall-of-the-bone tender ribs that can be glazed with either Apple BBQ sauce or Jack Daniel’s sauce. If you’re not much of a meat lover, the Spiced Honey Glazed Salmon (P750) is right up your alley. It's grilled salmon basted with spiced honey that’s complemented by a paprika-coriander cream sauce and served with rice pilaf.
Shrimp is another seafood favorite that T.G.I. Fridays makes even better by marrying it with bacon in the Cajun Angels (P595), a plate of grilled shrimp wrapped in bacon and served with fresh pico de gallo, rice pilaf, and a creole mustard cream sauce.
After this delectable feast, make sure you still have room for dessert! The luscious Banofee Pie (P295) is the perfect cap to this holiday spread.
