The very first 8 Cuts x Ooma collaboration will make you forget about meat

But imagine getting the best of two restaurants in a single dish. Mind blown yet? The Moment Group's 8 Cuts and Ooma are doing just that, using the best of what they each have to offer to create a brand-new sandwich: the Soft Shell Crab 'Wich (P299), available starting March 3, Friday.




The result of the two restaurants' collaboration has a crunchy and mildly sweet beer-battered soft-shell crab that can make you forget about beef patties in a single bite. It's layered with punchy unagi sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, herbed aioli, aligue mayo, mango salsa and crispy salmon-skin flakes. Ooma fans might find the tangy and spicy flavor profile reminiscent of the Soft Shell Crab Taco-Maki, but the buttery brioche buns also make it unmistakably 8 Cuts. It really is the best of both worlds.
