Treat yourself to unlimited beef rendang and other Indonesian dishes this month at Spiral
Try something new!
(SPOT.ph) What's the first thing that pops into your mind when you hear "Asian food"? We're betting you thought of something Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. Well, it's time to shake things up because our neighbors in Southeast Asia also have their own culinary gems to offer. For this month, why not try something from neighboring Indonesia?
If you've been wanting to treat yourself and try something a little different, head over to Spiral at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila from March 13 to 19 and feast on their new Indonesian selection by Chef Pradipta Bayu Primpaputra of Hotel Pullman Jakarta. Have your unlimited fill of classic Indonesian dishes like the bihun goreng or wok-fried vermicelli noodles and vegetables or beef rendang padang, which is beef cooked in coconut cream.
The spread is part of Sofitel's new Flavors of the World series, which celebrates global flavors through new limited-edition buffet dishes and other food events. We can't wait to see what other countries they'll showcase in the future (we hear it's Thai for next month!) But for now, let us feast!
Buffet rates for this promotion start at P2,650. Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila is at CCP Complex Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City
