RACKS’ newest dish will get you all hot and bothered

Hint: it involves Sriracha!

(SPOT.ph) Whether or not you like hot sauce, you have surely heard of Sriracha. The red bottles are mainstays not just in Asian restaurants, but lately, in a lot of homes too. It’s also been used to flavor almost everything: from Lays (sadly not yet available locally) to chicken wings, and now even ribs. For their latest ribs flavor, RACKS is adding the hot sauce to their signature barbecue glaze, brushing it on their pork ribs to create the Sriracha Pork Ribs (P455/quarter, P875/half, P1,730/whole).

 


 

RACKS’ Sriracha Pork Ribs is mildly spicy, with the subtle acidity that's distinct to the Asian hot sauce. If you want to amp up the heat, every order of the ribs comes with a bottle of Sriracha and RACKS’ original barbecue sauce so you can adjust the taste to your liking. The ribs also come with a side of Java Rice and Asian Slaw, which is shredded red and green cabbage tossed in a sweet-zesty peanut dressing that’ll cleanse your palate. The Sriracha Pork Ribs will be available in all RACKS branches starting March 15 and will stay on the menu until May 31.
