(SPOT.ph) There seems to be zero chance of stopping The Moment Group from coming up with mind-blowing ideas one after the other. Earlier this year, there was the Soft Shell Crab 'Wich, a meatless sandwich born of a collaboration between 8 Cuts and Ooma. Now it's time to hold on to your seats yet again because everyone's favorite poke bowl has been given a makeover in Ooma's latest dish, the Salmon Aburi and Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl (P375). It will be available starting tomorrow, May 19.

The poke bowl features some of Ooma's most quintessential ingredients, including salmon aburi and spicy tuna. A harmonious medley of savory, tangy, and umami, the dish is made up of seasoned Japanese rice, katsuboshi flakes, toasted sesame seeds, chopped scallions, and generous dollops of subtly spicy aioli and ceviche dressing atop tuna bits and torched salmon. It's all topped off with tempura flakes and slivers of green apple and pickled red onion for a touch of crunch and sweetness. We already know we'll be having a lot of this in the next couple of months.

The Salmon Aburi and Spicy Tuna Bowl is available in all Ooma branches from May 19 to July 15. See a list of Ooma branches.
