Enjoy coffee like the Italians do at this café
No need to fly to Rome!
(SPOT.ph) If you can’t survive without a shot or two of espresso in your morning drink, then you have the Italians to thank. But for this European country, coffee is more than just a beverage—there is a culture that surrounds every cup of cappuccino and café latte. Booking a flight to Italy to experience their excellent coffee and café culture isn’t exactly easy, but you won’t have to now that an authentic Italian café is coming to Manila. Café Barbera is an Italian-based coffee franchise and one of the oldest coffee companies in Europe, and they are set to open their first local branch at Uptown Parade tentatively on June 15.
Café Barbera offers a menu of espresso-based drinks like macchiato, cappuccino, and lattes, all prepared using manual espresso machines. If you like your coffee extra sweet, Café Barbera will also carry a menu of specialty coffee-based drinks topped with syrups, sauces, chilled foam, and more. Pastries and lunch items will also be available. With their elegantly romantic interiors, we're sure this'll be your new favorite IG-worthy café
Café Barbera is at G/F Uptown Parade, Uptown Bonifacio. They are set to open tentatively on June 15.
