Guess Which of Your Favorite Local Desserts Is Now a Drink
And where you can get it!
(SPOT.ph) Desserts-turned-beverages are always a winner; it has the double-benefit of quenching your thirst and satisfying your sweet tooth at the same time. Plus, it’s always fun to see how your favorite cafés turn classic sweets into their signature drinks. The latest one is from Costa Coffee, and to celebrate Independence Day, they’re turning one of the most quintessential Pinoy desserts into a drink. Say hello to the Mais Con Hielo Frostino (P145/Primo, P155/Medio, P165/Massimo)!
The Mais Con Hielo Frostino blends sweet corn kernels, ice, and milk, and also comes with a topping of whipped cream and more corn kernels. It has the nice sweet-salty combo of this classic, but in a new, more refreshing form.
This, together with the new Dalandan Mint Cooler (P120/Primo, P130/Medio, P145/Massimo), will be available starting June 10 until June 30. Plus, they also have a special Independence Day promo on June 12: Buy any of Costa Coffee’s new Pinoy-themed drinks as Primo and get a free upsize to Massimo! That’s a cool way to end the long weekend.
Costa Coffee is at Eastwood Mall; Robinsons Place Manila; Tera Tower, Quezon City; Robinsons Place Antipolo; SM North EDSA; Robinsons Supermarket, Venice Grand Canal; Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Galleria; UP Town Center; and Robinsons Galleria.
