Truffle Salted Egg Chips, Cold Brew, and More Will Be at This Local Food Fair

(SPOT.ph)  If you’re always on the lookout for new and interesting finds to fill your pantry with, food fairs are your best bet. One great one to check out is 5th Philippine Harvest. Organized by the Department of Agriculture, this local gourmet market supports local entrepreneurs, who showcase local produce like fruits, vegetables, chocolates, and more. Not only are you supporting homegrown businesses, but you’re also discovering tasty finds you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. 5th Philippine Harvest will run from June 16 to June 18 at Central Square, Bonifacio Global City.

Auro Chocolate pride themselves in being a bean-to-bar Filipino company, using only cacao beans from Davao to create single-origin cocoa and chocolate products. They work closely together with local farmers, too.

For something new to satisfy your salted egg chips craving, Eat My SPuDs offers potato chips in exciting flavors like Salted Egg with White Truffle and Spicy Pork Floss. These chips were crafted by top baker Penk Ching.
