For the Adventurous: You've Never Had Ramen Like This Caldereta Ramen
Available at Ramen Nagi for a limited time only!
(SPOT.ph) Rainy afternoons mean the start of ramen weather. But if you think you’ve graduated from the usual shoyu ramen, then Ramen Nagi’s new limited-edition bowls should be next on your must-try list. To celebrate Philippines-Japan Friendship Month, Ramen Nagi is offering Manila Kings, or ramen fused with old Pinoy favorites, for the entire month of July.
Bicol Express King
Cheesy Caldereta King
Each variant is only available for a limited number of days so be sure to mark the following dates on your calendar. The first one, Binagoongan King (P440) has a tonkutsu broth made punchier by bagoong and coconut cream, and is served with seared eggplant, tomato, and green chili—this flavor is only available until July 10. From July 11 to 20, you can slurp on the ultra-hot Bicol Express King (P440), the tonkotsu broth flavored even more with chili cooked in coconut milk, with crispy-fried pork belly to finish it off. Available from July 21 to 31, the Cheesy Caldereta King (P440) is a local twist on the always-trendy cheese ramen, with pork stewed in tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and gooey grated cheese. We can't wait to see which one will end up becoming a crowd favorite.
