A premium steakhouse reinvents itself.

(SPOT.ph) If you wanted excellent steak or to impress on a first date, Highlands Prime Steakhouse was, well, a prime choice. Aside from their mouthwatering Prime Rib, their branches in Estancia Mall and SM Mall of Asia boasted charming country house-like interiors. The MOA branch even had a stunning view of the bay, making it perfect for dates and proposals. Sadly, the steakhouse had to close temporarily, but the owners have recently rebranded their Estancia branch with a new menu. Highlands Bistro is the new restaurant by the owners of the steakhouse, this time helmed by Chef John Kingston.
