Could Irvins Salted Egg Be Coming to the Philippines?
The salted egg chips from SG posts a cryptic update.
(SPOT.ph) Any salted egg chips fan knows that one of the most addicting ones out there is Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips and Salted Egg Fish Skin. Bringing home a pack (or several) from Singapore is a must. But it looks like you won't have to fly out to have these lipsmacking snacks anymore.
Irvins first held an international delivery event called Dangerously Masarap back in February 2017, where they opened direct delivery of their salted egg potato chips and other snacks from Singapore to the Philippines. They've since regularly held the delivery events, but it looks like their next Dangerously Masarap event will be different.
Just today, July 31, Irvins Salted Egg posted an update on their official Facebook page, hinting that they could be landing in Manila soon. Their post, which includes their duck mascot speaking in Filipino, says that they're "[parachuting] somewhere in Manila...and no, it's not just a one time event." An official Facebook page for Irvins Salted Egg Philippines has also popped up, which bodes well for all of you salted-egg addicts. We're crossing our fingers for a permanent store, but even a pop-up here in Manila would be amazing.
